In the past the City Council would assist us with this process with an Offer to Purchase but the procedure has changed and the City Council will only close an account and open a new one once registration can be confirmed.ģ. Please note that it remains the responsibility of the Purchaser to open a services and a rates and taxes account with the City of Tshwane and to provide the City Council with the correct meter reading with the opening of the account.
